popular resort of Bude is renowned for its superb surfing
and sandy beaches along with its quiet rocky coves. The town offers a range of activities including, tennis, bowls, squash, horse riding and fishing. Bordering the town is a demanding 18-hole links golf course. Good shopping and a large selection of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms are always available. Neighbouring Bude is Widemouth Bay, a world famous surfing beach, patrolled by lifeguards during the summer. A paradise for children with a beautiful stretch of golden sand and interesting rock pools at low tide.
