1. Upon booking a deposit of £30 is required
within 2 weeks in order to retain the room
2. This deposit is non-refundable except in the case of
cancellation by the proprietor for the reasons contained in
6.
3. In the event of non arrival or late cancellation a
cancellation fee will be charged as set out in 4. A late
cancellation is one that has been made less than 48 hours
prior to the date of the first night’s accommodation.
4. The proprietors will take reasonable steps to re-let the
accommodation but if they are unable to re-let the
cancellation fee will be up to 2/3rds of the total cost of
the booking.
5. If the guest gives credit / debit card details in order
to guarantee a booking or to make a deposit then, in the
event of cancellation the proprietor may debit the guest’s
credit / debit card with the full amount of the cancellation
charge less any deposit or payment already paid.
6. The proprietors reserve the right to cancel a booking
without any liability in the event of damage or destruction
to the accommodation due to fire or other causes, shortage
of labour or food supplies or any other causes beyond the
control of the proprietors which will prevent them from
performing their obligations in connection with any booking.
7. Payment of the bill for accommodation, food and other
services must be made prior to departure.
