Wayton Barn Cottage is an excellent barn conversion and has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout.

The accommodation offers:
A lounge/dining area with feature stone fireplace, dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa and television/video.
This room directly leads into a modern fully equipped fitted kitchen. Appliances include, cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine.
Bathroom with bath, electric shower and toilet.
One spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Bed linen and towels are included.
Heating/electric included in the price

The cottage is non smoking

On the outside of the cottage there is a sun patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Guests are quite welcome to use adjoining garden.
