Treworder Mill - Accommodation
Our bedrooms are all located in the original millhouse, which is
believed to be over 400 years old, and look out over the
beautiful gardens through which the River Kenwyn flows. The
garden is stunning with each change in season bringing new
delights and surprises. Wildlife abounds with plenty of birds to
watch, from the woodpeckers, to buzzards and even the odd heron
and kingfisher. We have lovely Saxony ducks which swim in the
pond and river and chickens wander the garden freely. You are
very welcome to enjoy the garden and sit out on the patio to
relax.
All our bedrooms are en-suite with both a separate shower and
bath. Each double bedroom is well equipped and has a colour
television and hot drinks facility. We also provide a high speed
wireless broadband connection downstairs.
We hope you will take advantage of our full English breakfast
served in the dining room. We try to use our own eggs and
produce as available. Our bacon and sausages are sourced from
some of the best farms in Cornwall.
Breakfast is normally served between 7am – 9:00am but special
arrangements can be made outside of these times. Arrival time is
usually by prior arrangement, preferably before 10pm. We would
appreciate departure by 10am to allow us to service the room for
incoming guests.

Treliske hospital.

Directions from Exeter
Take A30 from Exeter and stay on the A30 for just over 90 miles.
On the way you will pass several signs that point left to Truro
- ignore all these.
Eventually you will pass a Nissan garage on your right, and a
few miles after this is a roundabout at the junction of the A30
and A390.
Turn left at this roundabout onto the A390.
Proceed down the A390, following signs for Truro. At the first
roundabout (by the Park and Ride at Threemilestone) turn left
signposted to Tregavethan, then immediately turn right down the
"Quiet Lane".
Stay on this lane for about 1.2 miles, and Treworder Mill will
be found on the left, at the bottom of the valley.
Directions from Falmouth
Follow the A39 towards Truro, until you come to a mini
roundabout with the A390. Turn left onto the A390. Continue on
A390 for just over a mile and at the roundabout turn right
towards Treliske Hospital. Just follow this road as it passes
Homebase (on your left) and hospital (on your right) and
eventually does a sharp left into a single track lane, called
Penventinnie Lane. Continue down Penventinnie Lane as it winds
down the hill. At the road junction, at the bottom of the hill,
turn left, and Treworder Mill is immediately on your right.
Please be aware: If you have a Satellite Navigation system be
wary of relying on the system to find our postcode. It may take
you to Treworder Farm and not Treworder Mill - just a few
hundred yards away but down some very narrow country lanes.
