At the
end of a private tree lined drive, in a south facing hollow,
stand The Roundhouse , Beech
, Ash ,
Pond Meadow and
Little Leighs - cottages converted from 18th
Century farm buildings. The three acre grounds include
attractive lawned gardens with picnic tables and barbecues, a
large playing field with swings, perfect for children to get
together and let off steam in safety, and a copse for the
excercising of dogs. |

Inside the cosy cottages there are open beamed ceilings (an
occasional peril for those over 5'10"). The furnishings are
comfortable with floral fabrics enhancing honey pine
furniture and wood burning stoves set in granite fireplaces.
The cottages are served by a private water supply.
Trenannick offers
not only the ideal summer holiday retreat for families and
couples alike, but also a cosy winter haven, with weekend
breaks available. |
