Situation |

Galleons Way
is a detached 4 bedroomed property sleeping 7/8 people, with
outstanding sea views across Mevagissey Bay, situated in a large
secluded garden. It is a 5 minute walk from the harbour, shops,
restaurants, pubs etc. in Mevagissey, and a 7 minute walk from
the sandy beach at Portmellon with pub and free public slipway.
(4 minute walk from Treloen Holiday Apartments).

| The Accommodation |

On a level approach from the drive, all the living accommodation
is on one level, with a large games room below.
The entrance lobby leads to the hall, off which is the
spacious lounge with dining area, very comfortably furnished and
equipped with TV, Video, CD HiFi, and doors to 2 separate
balconies. Superb sea and coastal views. Small ‘snug’ room with
TV
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave,
electric oven, fridge/freezer; washing machine and tumble dryer
in the utility room.
4 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms each with double bed and fine sea and
coastal views; and 2 bedrooms each with one 3ft bed and one 2’6”
bed. 2 bathrooms, both with showers over the bath and additional
cloakroom with 3rd toilet.
A large enclosed garden surrounds the property with lawns and
patio, BBQ, garden furniture, and sea views.
Parking for several cars and boat.
Games room area with pool table, table tennis, darts etc.
FACILITIES: 2 Col. TVs, video, CD HiFi, electric cooker,
microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble
dryer, bed linen, travel cot, highchair, phone for incoming
calls, electric inc, centrally heated (low season). Garden
furniture/BBQ, Games Room. Ample Parking. Sorry no pets. No
smoking indoors. |

school holiday periods

1. Bookings commence from 3.30 pm and end not later than 10 am.

2. Deposit of £200 per week required.

4. Security deposit required for non family bookings and larger

Directions:
From St Austell take the B3273 to Mevagissey. Follow one way
system to centre of village. Continue along Fore Street,
signposted to Portmellon. Up Polkirt Hill, continue until you
see the Treloen Holiday Apartments sign and car park on the
left. (Reception at Little Treloen opposite).

Cottage is ideally located
for some of Cornwalls best attractions. The
Lost Gardens of Heligan are just 4 miles away and world
renowned Eden Project
is just 15 minutes drive away!
The
beautiful fishing port of Mevagissey is just a short drive away from
where you can catch a ferry along the stunning coastline to Fowey.
Alternatively fishing trips are available, and for the more
adventurous there are shark angling trips!
The
beaches and coves along the south coast are ideal for sailing,
canoeing, water skiing and skin-diving and equally suitable for
families with children with miles of golden sand and very safe for
swimming. For surfers the North coast has superb beaches and is
only 25 minutes away. And for the conservationist and walker this
area of Cornwall is a perfect base.
The
famous old port of Charlestown is home to a fleet of square rigged
schooners (on which you can go for a sail), and the award winning
Ship Wreck and Heritage Centre. Here you can also purchase
delicious smoked salmon, prawns, oysters, and a host of unusual
seafare from the superb smoked fish factory in the centre of the
town.
