A two storey self-catering apartment in a newly built development in the heart of the ancient cornish town of Lostwithiel.

Situated on the banks of the river Fowey, only four miles from the beach and the town of Fowey, Treanavon offers an ideal base for exploring and enjoying the beauty of south coast of Cornwall and Bodmin Moor as well as attractions such as Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Treanavon is a spacious and well-equipped apartment with two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with two full sized singles. a large bathroom, well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area with balcony over looking the river.

The apartment on the first and second floors as part of a new award-winning complex set between the river Fowey and the railway line to Plymouth and Penzance.

First Floor

Kitchen/ Diner - Well equipped with high quality appliances, crockery and cutlery. There is a Halogen Hob / Electric Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and Table and chairs.

Lounge - a large welcoming room, with a sofa, two armchairs, TV, Video, DVD, CD player / radio, selection of games provided. Double doors from the Lounge lead to a balcony overlooking the river

Second Floor

Bedroom 1- King size bed, large wardrobe, television and bedside cabinets. This large room has a sunny aspect.
Bedroom 2- two full-sized single beds, sizable chest of drawers wardrobe space and CD/ Radio.

Bathroom with electric power shower, bath, hand basin and W.C. It also has a large cupboard housing a washer drier.

The apartment has gas central heating and is carpeted throughout. Good quality Duvets, bed linen and towels are supplied.
