07/10/08 I take this opportunity to thank you again for the great stay I had while in Penzance. As I said before leaving, you represent a great window or front for the people of Penzance and you can only be praised for this. If and when I come back to Penzance I will try to come back to your hotel.

Local attractions:

This is "an area of outstanding natural beauty" on the heritage coast, and an area of great historic interest. There is much to be enjoyed, be it coastal walking, surfing at one of the nearby beaches, golfing at one of the local courses, visiting one of the 100 major archaeological sites in West Penwith, bird watching, rambling or just generally exploring. Not to forget visits to the local art gallery's such as the New Tate Gallery or a visit to the local Minack Theatre.

Our other local amenities during the holiday season also includes coastal flights, day trips to the Isles of Scilly or even underground tours of the local Geevor Tin Mine and heritage center.

Penzance provides excellent shopping facilities, a wide choice of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms and interesting places to visit.   It is also a jumping off point for day trips to the Isles of Scilly, the local ferry and helicopter are easily accessible.

The whole Lizard peninsula with its many coves and beaches is within a short drive.

Lands End, St. Ives and the cathedral city of Truro are only a short drive and well worth a visit.
