The Situation: The Old Cooperage is a large detached house offering excellent bed and breakfast accommodation set in the popular little village of Charlestown on the outskirts of the market town of St Austell.

The accommodation consists of:

Spacious room with shower and toilet adjacent to and for the sole use of the bedroom. £50 per night for 2 sharing.	Kingsize bed with ensuite shower and toilet £55 00p for the room based on two sharing
Spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. £55 per night for 2 sharing.

Single Occupancy £40 to £45 per night.

There is a no-smoking policy within the house. There are two benches in the front garden for guests.

The Old Cooperage is situated in the heart of the picturesque little seaside village of Charlestown.
Within an easy walk:
Two nice pubs with good restaurants and also an excellent gourmet restaurant.
Opposite the guest house is an Hotel with an Elemis Spa open to non-residents
The harbour with tall ships where visitors are able to walk around.

The two beaches at Charlestown are pebbled and have rock pools. There are other sandy beaches just a few minutes drive away.

Touring
St Austell is an excellent touring base, virtually anywhere in the county can be reached within an hour, except perhaps the very far west, Lands End, which is a little longer.
