Directions
From the A39 Wadebridge to Bude road, take the unclassified road signposted Crackington Haven. Just before Crackington Haven you will enter the little village of Higher Crackington. Take the first on the right after the Post Office and Telephone kiosk, (Church Park Road). Follow the lane, again taking the 1st on the right. After a short distance bear to the right and the entrance to The Lodge is immediately on the left.

The area is renowned for its high cliffs, unspoilt
picturesque little coves, walking and sandy beaches. Within a mile of The Lodge is one of the most beautiful of these coves, Crackington Haven. It has all necessary facilities, including a good pub/restaurant virtually on the beach.
Within an easy drive:
Bodmin Moor, excellent wild walks and the famous Jamaica Inn
The picturesque little village of Morwenstow with its ancient church and Saxon font
Bude, a major tourist resort, shopping, pubs, restaurants and excellent beaches
Tintagel, of King Arthur fame
Boscastle, a picturesque little harbour
Port Isaac, a very popular little fishing village
Padstow/Rock, another major tourist resort
