plants and trees, 'The Hut' offers a quiet relaxing holiday in
beautiful surroundings. It is approached through narrow quiet
country lanes and is directly on a National Trust coastal
footpath. Not only does it have a wonderful garden but it also
benefits from splendid sea views.
The Accommodation:
Cabin styled with all rooms on one floor, it is of unusual
external wood and interior plaster construction, consisting:-
A large lounge comfortably furnished with large settees/woodburner/television/DVD/reading
material.
Three bedrooms:
Double bedroom - chest/storage/wardrobe
Double/twin bedroom - wardrobe/storage
Double bunk bed - chest/storage
Bathroom with shower/toilet
Additional toilet
Electric wall heating throughout plus a woodburner in the lounge
if required.
A fitted kitchen/dining area with electric
cooker/microwave/ample cutlery/crockery etc. Washer/dryer.

AUGUST £800 PER WEEK
Shortbreaks are availible during the rest of the year on a
negotiable basis.
A 20% deposit is required with remainder payable 6 weeks prior
to arrival.
Deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-booked

This is a very quiet location and suitable for those wishing a
relaxing undisturbed holiday.
The area is of particular interest to walkers with 'The Hut'
being right on the National Trust coastal footpath.

Carne & Pendower beaches - Restaurant
The prestigious Nare Hotel with excellent lunches/bar
30 min walk:
The picturesque little fishing village of Portloe -
restaurants/pubs/small shops etc.
The village of Veryan is just over a mile away with a good
pub/restaurant/shops/post office
For those interested in horse riding, the Veryan Riding Stables
are only a short drive away.
The Hut is directly in the centre of the Roseland Peninsula
and all the little bays and coastal villages are easily
accessible.
These include:
St Mawes, St Just in Roseland, Portscatho, Carne & Pendower
Beach, Nare Head, Portloe and Veryan. |
