The Harrington Guest House is a large semi
detached town house, tastefully furnished and decorated
throughout.
It offers excellent value accommodation with en-suite
facilities.
This is a lovely guest house, its very clean, has nice rooms, a
good bar, and very friendly staff, that really make you feel at
home, is great for a family holiday.
It's situated very close to the town centre, but not too close,
has 5 beaches, Zoo, boating lake with gardens, sports complex,
water world, and blue lagoon (both have fun swimming pool, 10
pin bowling, etc), all within half a mile. The Train Station is less than 100 yards away.
Seven bedrooms with a mixture of family, double,
twin and single rooms available. All are en-suite except one
which has a private bathroom.
All rooms have a television, tea/coffee making facilities, the
family rooms have a privacy curtain across the children's beds.
Hair dryer and ironing facilities available.
The Harrington is fully centrally heated for those cooler months
Snacks are available and packed lunches are by arrangement.
A spacious dining area with separate tables where a full English
breakfast is served. Various options, including special diets,
continental can be catered for. Healthy appetites are welcome.

licensed bar.

The Harrington is situated in a relatively quiet
road yet within a short walk of all that Cornwall's premier
resort has to offer.
The Railway Station - no need for a car at The Harrington, the
station is less than 50m away.
A choice of superb beaches 2 within 50m, Great Western and
Tolcarne, and 4 within 1mile Lusty Glaze, Town Beach, Porth
Beach, and Fristal Beach.
Newquay has a wide choice of beaches, all of which are
excellent, from the sheltered 'Town Beach' ideal for children,
to the world famous 'Fistral' surfing beach. All are staffed
with seasonal lifeguards. Most of these beaches can be seen on
the above link of Newquay views.
Many visitors to Newquay just leave the car and enjoy all that
the town has to offer, for those wishing to tour or visit other
attractions in Cornwall, nowhere is far.
Numerous bays and coves on the outskirts of Newquay, Perranporth,
Holywell bay, St Agnes are just a few examples and are only a
short drive.

Fistral Beach is Britains premier surfing beach,
and stages a world surfing championship round each year.
A large selection of restaurants, take-always, pubs, tea rooms,
excellent night life, shopping, amusements, a water Park, zoo,
boating lake. Long walks by the estuary or local headlands.
Fishing can be enjoyed from rocks or off the beaches. Or if you
prefer deep sea, this is also available from the harbour.

Your hosts are very familiar with the area and will be only too
happy to recommend places to visit or that good pub or country
restaurant

How to find us:
From from the A30 follow directions to Newquay. You will arrive
at Quintrell Downs take a right at the roundabout following the
signs for porth. Go over the train tracks and follow the road
round. You will reach 3 mini roundabouts go straight across all
