The Cedars Luxury Bed and Breakfast is a modern
yet traditional bed and breakfast with highlights of the Art
Deco period. We are down to earth and friendly aiming to provide
an environment that offers a homely, warm and relaxed
atmosphere. Newly renovated rooms are modern, clean and
comfortable, offering single, twin and double rooms.
Location
Mevagissey has lots of places to eat and drink that cover all
budgets.
Heligan Gardens are only minutes away and The Eden Project is
about a 20min drive although there are bus links if you prefer.
Mevagissey is also surrounded by beaches and coves for you to
explore.
The Mevagissey Ferry can take you to neighbouring Fowey famous
as the home of Daphne Du Maurier.
The village has links to the coastal pathways leading providing
stunning sea views and heading towards the Roseland through
Gorran Haven, Portloe, Portscatho and on to St Mawes.
Mevagissey has bus links to St Austell which can provide links
to all of Cornwall.
St Austell has a main railway station and coach/ bus terminal..
Newquay airport has links to many regional and international UK
airports including London.
Breakfast
We endeavour to offer fresh, local produce wherever possible, we
buy all our ingredients locally, all breakfast are cooked to
order.
At weekends we offer:
• Fresh chilled juice
• Yoghurt, natural creamy yoghurt topped with Granola or
Fresh local fruit, luxury muesli or cereals
• Traditional English breakfast, locally produced bacon,
sausage, mushrooms, grilled tomato, baked beans, fried bread
with poached, scrambled or fried eggs *
• Organic scrambled eggs topped with crispy locally produced
bacon on white or brown toast *
• Vegetarian cooked Breakfast (notice required please) *
• Assorted mixed toast, honey and marmalades
• Fresh plunge Caffeinated or Decaffeinated coffee, instant
coffee or teas

Cooked meats, Boiled eggs, Cheese, Croissants, Tomatoes and more
Please let us know of any special dietary
requests when making your booking we will make every effort to
accommodate all your requirements. For those wishing to make an
early start we are happy to provide a continental breakfast tray
outside your room, please give us a little notice.

Please note:
Disabled access is extremely limited. There are steps from the
parking bay and front foot access has a pathway with a slight
incline and some steps. If you have any queries please do not
hesitate to contact
Parking
Parking in the village is ‘rare’. However we are fortunate to
offer limited parking at the bed and breakfast which is
available on a first come basis.
We have the convenience of being within walking distance of the
harbour, restaurants, pubs and shops. Being on ‘the flat’ of the
harbour’s valley means parking is limited however we are very
close to the main village car park which is a large privately
owned car park that also offers long and short term parking
arrangements.
