The Situation

Quality Bed and Breakfast in Central Cornwall, in a rural area.  Within easy reach of North and South coast, Eden and Heligan. Ideal as a Touring base.

The Accommodation

En-suite bedrooms situated in an annexe close to the house but with the advantage of privacy when needed. Colour TV, video and two easy chairs in each room.  Tea and coffee making facilities and fridge available.  Ample private car Parking.  Access to washing and drying facilities, if desired.

Full English breakfast served in the adjoining house. Vegetarians or special diets catered for, if notice is given. Disabled clients can be catered for en-suite. Sorry, no young children or pets (Assistance and guide dogs excepted).

Use of the patio will enhance your stay. Relax in beautiful surroundings.


Good pub food within walking distance (half a mile) and other pubs or restaurants can be recommended.

Directions

The village of Sticker lies between St Austell and Truro.  Hewaswater is a hamlet, half a mile from Sticker on the old A 390.  Sunnyvale, a white semi-detached cottage, is in the centre of the hamlet, opposite the turning for Lower Sticker and St Ewe.
