The Situation

A traditional grade II listed 15th century farmhouse offering comfortable accommodation with all the character that one would expect from a building of this age. Set in extensive gardens with the unusual advantage of a large swimming pool. All set in quiet rural surroundings.

The Accommodation
This beautiful old farmhouse as its age suggests is full of character and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout.
Owing to its grade II listed status only standard rooms are available but this is more than compensated for by their size and comfort.
A bathroom with all facilities is provided for the sole use of guests and located adjoining the bedrooms.
All bedrooms have a refreshment tray.
Private guests lounge with television.
Spacious dining room with thick granite walls and open beamed ceiling.
Large garden with 40' x 20' swimming pool.
All bedrooms are non smoking.
Access at all times.
Pets by arrangement.
A full English breakfast is served with vegetarian/continental options. No children under 10 years

Directions
A390 approximately 1 mile west of Lostwithiel, turn left onto the B3269 signposted Fowey. After 200 yards turn right signposted Treesmill. After approximately 1 mile the farm and restaurant are on the left.

(These are three of the most popular garden attractions and well worth a two day break.)
Picturesque Port of Fowey (excellent walks/craft shops) - 15 minute drive
Ancient town of Lostwithiel with Restormel Castle, ancient buildings, Salmon fishing on the River Fowey, golf course, antique and craft shops - 5 minute drive.
A short drive to Bodmin Moor with excellent walks.
South Coast sandy beaches nearby.
Cornwall is a small but beautiful county, virtually anywhere can be reached within an hours drive.
