The Situation

Stowford is a large attractive 1930s detached house set in its own gardens with beautiful views overlooking the Pentewan Valley. It offers a warm welcome to its guests in a comfortable, homely atmosphere. The house is conveniently situated, being just a short walk to the town centre and rail/bus station. It is also only a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project/Heligan Gardens and 5 minutes to the local beaches.

The Accommodation
The house is furnished and decorated to a high standard and provides two bedrooms for its guests. Both have a colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and are centrally heated. Private bathroom/shower facilities are provided for the guests as is a sun lounge and patio overlooking the garden at the rear of the property.

A full English breakfast or vegetarian option is served in a pleasant dining room overlooking the garden.

Travel cot/high chair available.

Hairdryer/ironing facilities available on request.

Free WiFi internet access.

St Austell could not be better placed for Touring. All the north coast Newquay beaches are only a short drive. Lands End in the west is just over the hour and Plymouth City to the east is only 45 minutes.
Your hosts are local to Cornwall and very familiar with the county, they will be very happy to advise on places to visit, good restaurants and good country Inns.
