St Petroc's is an ideal location for spectacular coastal walks,
exploring the many beaches, surfing, and as a base for visiting
the local area. Or you may simply prefer to recharge those
batteries with a well deserved rest. St. Petroc's is modest but
full of character, all rooms have tea & coffee making facilities
and sea views.
We have two rooms available, one of which is a spacious family
room that sleeps approximately six persons.
Included in the price is an ample full English breakfast, made
with local produce. Or you may prefer an alternative breakfast,
which may be vegetarian or continental, all served with your
choice of fruit juice, cereal, toast, Tea/coffee.
Friendly well-behaved dogs welcome.
Guests are welcome to sit and relax in the gardens. Watch the
birds and the small wildlife pond.
Share a bottle of your own brought wine after a quiet summer 's
evening stroll. Take in the unpolluted fresh air and the peace
and quiet of this restful place.
Please note Children must be supervised at all times because of
the pond and steep steps leading to the garden.

Accommodation prices are as follows :-
Room One ~£25 pp per night - Single person occupancy ~ extra £5
per night
Room Two ~ minimum £50 per night based on two people sharing -
£12.50 pp per night additional charge up to a maximum of six
persons.
Conditions of Booking ~
Deposits:-
A deposit is requested to secure reservations. The deposit is
non-returnable. This should be 25% of the total accommodation
charge.

Cancellations:-
We appreciate that circumstances may arise causing cancellation
of a booking and whilst we make every effort to re-let the
rooms, we reserve the right to claim for all or part of the
accommodation price. It is therefore advisable to take out
holiday insurance. All reservations are made on the basis of 7
days minimum notice of cancellation.

Local attractions - North Cornwall is a fantastic place
to visit, whether its Exploring our rugged coastline or a day
out on the beach.
Eden, approx (35 miles) or hiring bikes to cycle the Camel
trail. there is plenty to enjoy.
Visit neighbouring Boscastle and see the village in its recovery
from the 2005 flood. (2 miles) Tintagel and the legendary King
Arthur's Castle. (3 mile s)
Both villages have friendly pubs and plenty of places to eat
out. Or you may prefer to bring back a takeaway for your evening
meal ,which you are welcome to eat at the house or in the
garden.
Further a field & well worth a visit is St Ives Tate gallery &
the Barbara Hepworth museum.

spectacular coastal walks, being just five minutes from the
coast path.
Frequented by many bird watchers and ramblers. This stretch of
the coast is rugged and very picturesque. We have puffins and
many other seabirds living on the rocks just off these cliffs
which are featured in many bird watching books. |
