Springvale is a second generation guest house offering excellent value
bed & breakfast accommodation. Ideally situated on the main
approach road into Newquay with just a 15 minute walk into the
town and a ten minute walk to the nearest beach at Porth.
The Accommodation:
Nine letting bedrooms with ensuite and standard rooms from
singles to family size.
The ensuite rooms all have toilet/shower/washing facilities
The standard rooms have H & C with a toilet close by, usually
adjoining.
Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and although not
specifically for disabled persons would be suitable for those
who have difficulty with stairs.
All bedrooms have Television/DVD, Digi box, microwave,
refrigerator, kettle with tea making facilities.
Access to the internet with wireless technology.
Most bedrooms either have a lovely country view or a sea view.
Washing machine/tumble dryer available
Dining:
Comfortable dining room with separate tables. A continental
style breakfast is available - served between 7.30 a.m and 11.00 a.m

Directions
From Quintrell Downs on the outskirts of Newquay, turn right
onto the A3058 towards Newquay. Follow this road until you
approach a mini roundabout with Porth and Watergate Bay
signposted to the right. Immediately before this roundabout you
will see the sign for Springvale on your left, just pull into
the parking bays.

Fistral Beach
Probably the most well known of all Newquay’s beaches.
Renowned for its excellent surf, (world championships have been held here). |
Locally:
Newquay is undoubtedly Cornwall's premier tourist resort made
famous for its many beaches. All have soft sand, some are
exposed to the Atlantic rollers such as Fistral, home to many
surfing championships. Some have giant sand-dunes such as
Perranporth, Holywell and Crantock. Some are quiet little bays
such as Towan beach and Newquay Porth.
The nearest beach to Springvale is Newquay Porth which is just a
10 min walk away.
The town centre with its many shops/night life is a 15 min.
walk. If you don't want to walk the guest house is directly on
the bus route and there are always taxis.
The town has much to offer and the proprietor will be only too
happy to suggest that nice place to eat or visit.
