The Situation:

A delightful semi-detached village cottage which has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The spacious accommodation offers a really comfortable base from which to explore the whole of Cornwall. Situated just 4 miles south of the A30 and 3 miles from the Eden Project.

The Accommodation
Iona is a semi-detached cottage in a village situation. Parking is on the road at the front of the property. Access is via a step into the front entrance hall, leading to the lounge, dining room and kitchen and further step from the rear door to the back path and garden. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor via a flight of 13 narrow stairs with handrail. The garden is off-set via a back path, with step up to a further garden path, leading to the two lawned areas and garden furniture. The cottage is unsuitable for a wheelchair.

Recently modernised and decorated offers comfortable accommodation in an area excellent for Touring the whole county.

Directions
Travelling west along the A30. At the end of the Bodmin by-pass there is a large round-a-bout with the A391 signposted Bugle/St Austell off to the left. Take this turning, after about three miles you will pass through Bugle, pass straight through the traffic lights and about half a mile you will enter Stenalees, this is only a small village and Iona is clearly marked on the right.

Stenalees is a small village situated on the A391 between St Austell and Bodmin.
Its location, being more or less in the centre of Cornwall and just a few miles from the A30 makes it very accessible and an ideal Touring base. Virtually anywhere in the county can be reached within an hour.
