Hannafore is a quiet, rather exclusive
part of West Looe, many visitors never find the winding,
waterside road that leads out to us. The beach and sea wall run
the length of Hannafore, with cafes, tennis courts, bowling and
putting green behind. Looe Island is situated just off the beach
and can be reached by boat or paddled to twice a year on the
equinox ( very low tides ) The coastal footpath continues on
from Hannafore to Talland Bay with its rugged, natural beauty
and history of smuggling.
