Seashells is a light, spacious 3 bedroom bungalow in a quiet residential area, tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. Situated in the picturesque seaside village of Gorran Haven, enjoying sea views and just a five minute walk to a safe secluded sandy beach. The property  is also c lose to village with Pub and local shops, beaches, coastal footpaths. Heligan Gardens, Eden Project and many other attractions easily accessible.

Situated in a quiet road it provides comfortable accommodation for five people with a mature, secluded rear garden catching afternoon sun, patio, BBQ. Garage and Parking.

Directions
From A30 Turn off left at large roundabout after Bodmin. Follow road straight through villages, turning left at roundabout. At next roundabout turn right. Follow the road straight over several roundabouts to the bottom of the hill. Turn right. Follow the road straight over several lights and roundabouts skirting St. Austell until you come down hill and see a MacDonalds. At the roundabout turn left to Mevagissey. After 4 miles turn right at crossroads at the top of the hill. Follow this road all the way to Gorran. Go through the village bearing sharp left at junction. Take the first turn on the right and follow the road, ignoring left turn, downhill into Gorran Haven. Take the first left after the sign, Portheast Way. At the end go right then immediately left into Perhaver Park. Seashells is just round the corner on the left.

Local attractions:

Gorran Haven is a quiet seaside village very popular with those seeking a relaxing peaceful holiday. Once found, visitors tend to return year after year.
The bungalow is only a short walk to 2 sandy beaches and a beautiful walk along the cliffs to the little known Vault beach. The area is renowned for its excellent walks and many return on a regular basis just for this attraction.
Good shore fishing can be enjoyed from the small pier, the beaches and the rocks.

A short drive
The Lost Gardens of Heligan - As publicised on the television. Their web site can be seen on the front page of this site under 'Attractions'

Mevagissey - a picturesque working fishing village and very popular with visitors from all over the world. It offers numerous speciality shops, restaurants, pubs, boat and fishing trips, including a foot passenger ferry to Fowey. ( A very nice trip and well recommended)

Numerous little sandy coves down narrow winding lanes leading to long walks along windswept headlands.

A wide choice of country pubs and restaurants.

Eden Project - recently voted the third most popular attraction in the Country.

Good shopping at nearby St Austell with major supermarkets of Asda and Tesco on the A390.

Touring
For those wishing to tour, Cornwall is a beautiful county but quite small, most places can be reached within an hour including numerous National Trust Gardens and Country Houses.
As a guide:
Truro city, excellent shopping and cathedral - 40 minutes

Newquay and north coast surfing beaches - 50 minutes

Padstow/St Ives - just over the hour
