Character cottage on Penzance seafront 25 yards from sea facing Mounts Bay with panoramic views to Newlyn to the west and St Michaels Mount Marazion to the east with the Lizard in the distance in front of you. All from the lounge bay window. Built in 1870 and open all year. 3 Bedrooms and cot sleep 1 to 7 persons. Garage. Heating. Front garden. Colour television. Bed linen can be supplied if required. Penzance has beach. Pubs. Restaurants. Bathing pool. Fishing and boat trips. Coastal walks. Tennis courts. Bowling green. Public gardens and park.
