The farmhouse is in a quiet rural setting with many wild flowers in the hedgerows, the whole area teems with wild-life, there is even a barn owl resident in a barn in the next door field.
The local village is just a mile away, essential shopping and two pubs that provide evening meals. There is a further choice of pubs/restaurants in the nearby villages of Newlyn East and Mitchell.
