Rosewyn Farm is a beautiful 17th century building which has been extensively and sympathetically renovated to a very high standard. It is situated down a country lane, just a mile from the village of Summercourt. An ideal location from which to explore Cornwall, anywhere in the county can be reached within an hour.

The farmhouse is in a quiet rural setting with many wild flowers in the hedgerows, the whole area teems with wild-life, there is even a barn owl resident in a barn in the next door field.
The local village is just a mile away for essential shopping and two pubs that provide evening meals. There is a further choice of pubs/restaurants in the nearby villages of Newlyn East and Mitchell.

As a Touring base Rosewyn Farm cannot be beaten, everywhere in the county and a part of Devon is within an hours drive.

From Carland Cross (Truro/Redruth), take the A30 exit for Summercourt also marked A3058 Newquay and St Austell. At the T junction turn left towards Summercourt and St. Austell. Go through traffic lights and then immediately right down Carnego Lane (behind Post Office). Continue for 1 mile and Rosewyn Farmhouse is on your left, the car park is on the right.
