The Situation
  • Ideally situated on a small road adjoining the B3263 which links Tintagel to Boscastle
  • There is ample private Parking for your vehicles .
  • The South West Coastal Footpath is within a few minutes walking  distance away .Walk North and there are breathtaking views towards Lundy Island , walk South and you will suddenly come upon the famous Rocky Valley . Wherever you walk along the cliffs you will find it a memorable experience .
  • There are many sandy coves , beaches and picturesque little villages within easy driving distance
  • We will be pleased to make reservations for horse - riding or golf etc. all within a short car drive away , whilst Bodmin Moor , Padstow and Port Isaac are easily reached by car .
The Accommodation
A full English breakfast or vegetarian breakfast can be served from 7.30 a.m. Both the guests bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are comfortable and tastefully furnished . The larger of the two (with a wonderful view over Bossiney Cove) has a large double bed and two put-u-up single beds for children if needed. Whilst the downstairs bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite facility with a bathroom leading off the dressing -room which is connected to the bedroom .
Guests are able to use the comfortable lounge which has Sky T.V.

Tariff :
We will be pleased to quote you for your holiday depending on how many guests or children are in your party , A general price guide for two people in the larger of the two bedrooms ( double bed ) at the peak letting times of the year would be £50 to £55 a night for two people , including breakfast . 

Both bedrooms have colour T.V. tea or coffee-making facilities This is wonderful walking country , and this view was taken from the coastal footpath just a few minutes walk from our house .

Local attractions:

The coastal path is a short walk away, The cliffs and footpaths are excellent, cared for by the National Trust they are abundant with flowers and lead via some stunning scenery to sandy coves.
Tintagel village is just half a mile away and is associated with the legendary King Arthur, the castle ruins attract visitors from all over the world. In the village is the ancient National Trust property, The Old Post Office and an old Norman church dating from the 12th century.
All local amenities are available in the village including , restaurants, tea rooms, pubs, tea rooms, craft shops etc.

A short drive
There are numerous sandy beaches in the area, the closest being Trebarwith Strand which is only a few minutes drive. Well known for its rock pools, swimming and surfing.
Local fishing villages include, Boscastle with its picturesque harbour, Port Isaac, and Polzeath.
Moving north easterly, it is a short distance to Bude and the Devon border where many more attractions can be located including Dartmoor.
Southeast takes you across Bodmin Moor to Looe, Polperro and the south coast resorts.
In Cornwall one is never more than 20 miles from the sea.
Activities such as riding, golf, surfing, are all close by, and coach excursions can be taken from Tintagel.

Touring
Most of Cornwall is within an hours drive, the numerous gardens include the famous Eden Project (40 minutes), Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties.
The hotel provides a wide range of literature to assist visitors but there is an excellent tourist Information centre in the village.
