Lower Quinceborough
Built in the 1930's, is a well-built, well-designed bungalow with many character features. It is situated within 250 yards of the beach and enjoys magnificent views of the surrounding coastline and sea.
Externally, there is a large lawn to the front of the property and an enclosed lawn to the rear with a picnic table; there is also a large garage should you wish to use it.
Internally the bungalow is extremely well equipped and comfortably furnished. The main rooms are all carpeted and have double glazed windows. The spacious lounge has a large picture window offering spectacular views of the sea. There is a television/video, an open fire place, hand built in local stone.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double and a single bed for which linen is supplied and laundered free of charge. The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc. The electricity is supplied via a £1 slot meter.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bath, washbasin, shower, heated towel rail, shaver point, etc.
Well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement an a small charge is made for them. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, however, once again we would request that you book them in advance if they are required.
