This holiday cottage is only a stones throw from the magnificent sandy beach with its cliffs, caves, pools rolling dunes and the sea with its great breakers - excellent for surf riding. Perranporth has tennis courts, boatinglake and a golf course and there is a gliding club nearby. There any many pleasant walks around Perranporth, in particular those up the combes (valleys) and along the cliffs where one can walk for miles.

Newquay with its many attractions, including an excellent zoo, is only 20 minutes drive away.

The house is equipped for 10 people. It is ideal for eight but will infact sleep 12.

Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms and a bathroom, WC.

• Bedroom 2 triple room with 4'6" bed and 2'6" divan

• Bedroom 3 single room with 3'0 bed

• Bedroom 4 single room with 3'0 bed

• Bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC and shower

Each bed has a spring interior mattress, blanket, underblanket, duvet and pillows. There is a cot with its own mattress.

Downstairs there is a bedroom, sitting room, kitchen and garage.

Bedroom 6 Sunlounge with studio couch making double or single bed.
Sitting/ dining/ sleeping room with table chairs, easy chairs, sofa which makes a bed, fireplace (where you can have a coal fire), electric fire. Colour TV.
Large kitchen with large table, kitchen chair, electric cooker, electric kettle, immersion heater which supplies hot water for the whole house, sink and draining board unit, pantry and fridge, large buikt in cupboards with crockery, cutlery and saucepans. Key for meter which you can get charged.
There is a sheltered garden with lawn. Coal house, outside WC.
Garage for one car, space for another.

The house is situated about 1/4 mile from the beach and has electricity, water, mods, cons and mains drainage.
