A spacious detached house set in its own grounds on the edge of St Blazey Gate village. Conveniently situated on the main A390 road, ideally placed for those wishing to visit the Eden Project as it is only a pleasant 25 minute walk or 3 minute drive by car.

The accommodation
We have three en suite guest rooms - twin, double and king size - all with colour tv, dvd player with freeview, wi fi , trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities. All the rooms are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

For your perfect start to the day, we are proud to offer you for breakfast, a superb choice of local Cornish produce from award winning suppliers for you to choose from.
Spacious off road private car parking.

We support a non-smoking environment for the comfort of all our guests.
We are animal lovers so pets can be accommodated at our discretion and in consideration of our other guests.

We have hairdryers, straightening irons, sewing kits, discounts to various attractions - Just ask - we probably know, can arrange or get it for you.

Why not send Cornish Clotted Cream during your stay instead of a postcard ? - we can do that for you.

By the way, within 15-20 minutes drive we have seven individual golf courses to choose from.

Directions:
A390 Plymouth to St Austell road. Go through the village of St Blazey. You will then see the Four Lords Public House and a petrol station on your left. Follow the road for a short distance and you will see a fish and chip shop on your left. Penarth is directly opposite this, either put onto the layby or go onto the driveway,
