A spacious detached house set in its own grounds on the edge of St Blazey Gate village. Conveniently situated on the main A390 road, ideally placed for those wishing to visit the Eden Project as it is only a pleasant 25 minute walk or 3 minute drive by car.

The accommodation
Decorated and furnished to a high standard it offers excellent family run bed & breakfast accommodation. All guest rooms have en-suite facilities, a television and complimentary refreshment tray.
A spacious dining area with separate tables. A generaous full English breakfast is served with various options available including vegetarian and continental.

Covered patio area at the rear of the house where guests often sit and relax with a bottle of wine.

Directions:
A390 Plymouth to St Austell road. Go through the village of St Blazey. You will then see the Four Lords Public House and a petrol station on your left. Follow the road for a short distance and you will see a fish and chip shop on your left. Penarth is directly opposite this, either put onto the layby or go onto the driveway,
