| This is our first venture into the world of bed and
breakfast. We took over Orchard Lodge right at the beginning
of a very busy 2006 season and immediately began a major
improvement and refurbishment programme. Our first visit to
Boscastle was on a wet and windy day in the Autumn of 2005
but despite the weather we were delighted a year later to
find exactly the home we'd been looking for to begin our
new careers. After more years than we care to count in the
television news business it's been a sharp learning curve
but we've discovered a new and rewarding way of life and
have been delighted by the encouragement and comments of our
many guests so far. We hope you agree and that you'll enjoy
your stay with us here at Orchard Lodge on the beautiful
North Cornish coast.

The contemporary theme continues throughout the new-look
Orchard Lodge. Crisp white linen, cosy deep-pile
towels and carefully chosen furnishings add to the
simple style and airy surroundings.
Tariff – Double or Twin
rooms:
One night - £84 per room
Two nights - £79 per room per night
Three nights or more - £74 per room per night
Single occupancy - discounts available
No smoking in the house or grounds
We can't accommodate children under 12.
Pets. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets but
if you can't be parted from your dog or cat, we can
supply a list of local kennels and catteries

Directions:
Orchard Lodge is easily located at
the top of the village at the junction of New Road
and Doctor's Hill, immediately opposite the
village's only filling station. Approaching from the
South on the A39: Follow signs for Boscastle onto
the B3266. Turn sharp right at filling station into
Gunpool Lane, Orchard Lodge is immediately on the
left. Approaching from the North on the A39 take the
B3263 to the harbour and continue towards Tintagel.
Orchard Lodge is on the left half mile from the
harbour (look out for the filling station).
