The Situation
The Old Rectory is in a quiet hamlet of St Mewan on the outskirts of the market town of St Austell.
The house is a Grade II listed building that offers a very high level of accommodation in a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The Old Rectory is set within its own grounds. All rooms face South West with views over mature formal gardens and the rolling Duchy countryside beyond.

The Accommodation
Two twin rooms and one double room all have en-suite facilities.
Spacious dining room, where a choice of full English breakfast, continental or vegetarian is available.
There is a "no smoking" policy within the main house.
There are no facilities for pets.
Children are not catered for.
Tariff: Double is £30 pppn and twin £25 pppn (two people sharing) - bed & breakfast
Parking: Private Parking for guests is provided within the grounds.

Directions

Take the A390 west from St Austell towards Truro. Approximately 1/4 mile from the town take a right hand turn signposted St Mewan the turning being alongside St Mewan school. 

Proceed to a right hand junction and turn up the hill towards St Mewan church. 

The Old Rectory is opposite the church. 

Our entrance is around the left hand bend at the top of the hill.
