The annexe /studio has recently been upgraded to offer every comfort to visitors, with a total refurbishment. A T.V. with DVD is available. Sleeping arrangements can be either with Single beds or King size Double. There is an en-suite shower and toilet facility with a wash hand basin.

The Annex has a fully equipped kitchen with table for four, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. In addition, there are facilities for use of a washing machine and dryer.

Price includes storage heaters, hot water, linen, towels, other electric is by electric meter and there is an area for visitors to BBQ if required.

We are located north of the Helford river and approximately 3 miles from Helston and although we are tucked away, the A 394 is only 1½ miles away, giving guests an ideal base to tour the South of the county. The market town of Helston is nearby which provides a good range of everyday facilities including banks, building societies, shops, a 24 hour supermarket, pubs, restaurants, and churches together with sporting facilities.
Directions: From the Truro - Falmouth direction on the A394 you will come through Manhay (the road has approx ¾ mile of central red road markings through it), at the next crossroads turn left towards Gweek (before the Jet Garage), after half a mile turn left at Gable End cottage, where there is a post box in the wall, signposted to Treloquithack - Constantine. Go down the hill and up the hill and look for the sign on the left for Merther Uny farm, we are located at the end of the lane on the right hand side. Click here for Multi map
