The Situation
Established in 1983, this family run fully modernised guest house is situated on the outskirts of the old mining village of St. Day, and overlooks the, once rich, tin mining area of United Downs.   The Cottage   is set in three quarters of an acre of ground, has ample off-road Parking, a large secluded garden, and is central for Touring Mid and West Cornwall.
The Accommodation

The Accommodation offers good old-fashioned hospitality, comfortable surroundings, and good food.
This is a non-smoking residence, with comfortable and attractively decorated bedrooms, and separate table dining room.
 There are two double bedrooms one with en-suite, and one twin bedroom, allowing a maximum of six guests at any one time.   Two of these rooms can also accommodate a cot or a ‘Z’ bed.   All rooms have built-in vanity units with hot and cold water, these are supplemented with a large bathroom with toilet and shower cubical, there is also a further separate toilet.
Tea and coffee facilities are in all the rooms, or served on request in the sun lounge or garden.  

For guests relaxation there is a spacious sun lounge with television and a selection of board games. 

Full central heating throughout.
