Lower Treave Farm house Self catering holiday accommodation in Penzance, Cornwall, sleeping 5 to 8. Formerly the East wing of Lower Treave Farm, this rural accommodation affords comfortable and spacious breaks away. The accommodation has full oil fired heating, comfortable seating for 8 in the Lounge, which has a log burning stove with fuel, plus TV. A glazed door overlooks the small, private rear lawned garden. The Kitchen is absolutely brand new, with integrated and fitted oven, microwave, touch control hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The Dining/Sitting room has dining facilities for 8 and soft seating, including a comfortable bed settee for 2 and additional TV. Pine staircase to 1st floor, leading to main Bedroom with double bed and en-suite Bathroom. Additional single folding bed for that extra person. On the landing is the main Bathroom with shower over the bath. The 2nd Double Bedroom and Single Bedroom are off the landing. All the upstairs rooms look out over beautiful and interesting farm land. The house was completely refurbished in 2010 to a very high standard.

Situated at the end of a long, private driveway set some distance from the road and enjoys a delightful, rural outlook across a traditional farming landscape of small enclosures. Sennen Cove, with its beautiful sandy beach and dramatic coastal scenery, is only some 2 miles to the west, a much sought after location for surfing, which has much appeal to those who have an interest. The rugged granite cliffs of Lands End are also only a short drive away. The area offers superb walking through beautiful unspoilt countryside and the popular local landmark of Chapel Carn Brea provides panoramic sea and rural views. The harbour town of Penzance may be reached within five miles and provides a comprehensive range of retail and leisure facilities. There are main line rail connections in the town, as well as sailings and helicopter flights to the magical Isles of Scilly.
