Lower House is a fine Georgian town house
situated in the very centre of the small town of Callington in
East Cornwall. Close to Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor as well as the
south coast, this part of the county has much to offer at all
times of the year.
The town is situated in the Tamar Valley, recently designated as
an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are several
beautiful walks in the area.
Additionally, there are numerous gardens and National Trust
properties to visit. The St Mellion golf club is just 3 miles
away. There are some excellent restaurants and pubs close by.
All of our rooms have been recently refurbished
to a high standard and feature original works of art. We run art
courses in our attached Coach House.
We are open all year, except for Christmas and
the New Year.
We are Peter and Tessa Sulston and it is our
intention to give you a warm welcome, excellent food, and a
comfortable stay in this historic house. We hope you have a
wonderful time in Cornwall.

en-suite bedrooms: Two spacious family rooms, one double/twin

us in Vietnam.. All rooms feature individually-controlled

We are pleased to offer a smoke-free environment in all our
rooms.
