Directions
Lanjew Park
Take A30 from M5 Exeter. Stay on A30 past Bodmin until dual
carriageway ends at a roundabout. Proceed on A30 single
carriageway for approximately 2 miles and take third turning
on right signposted Withiel and House of Fishes (first
turning is almost immediatley after roundabout). Continue
along this road through first crossroads and turn left at
second crossroads. Lanjew Farm is the first entrance on the
right, just 2 miles from the A30 turn off.
Penpont Mill
From Exeter take A30 via Okehampton and Launceston by-pass.
At Kennards House turn left on A395, when it joins the A39,
fork left and follow A39 through Camelford towards
Wadebridge. After passing the St Kew Highway Service Station
on your right, take the third turning right to Chapel Amble.
At next 'T' junction Penpont Mill is situated directly
opposite. Turning right will take you to Chapel Amble
village, 1 mile away.
The Retreat & Greenbank
Same as for above then at 'T' junction turn right to Chapel
Amble village. The Retreat is situated on the left hand side
as you drive through the village. Greenbank is the second
property on the right as you drive through the village.
The Olde House Complex is on the left hand side just before
the bridge approaching the village.
