Kernow trek is a family run Bed and Breakfast. We welcome
families, couples, singles and small groups. We are situated in
Trevarrian, between Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay . Our fresh,
modern décor, superb location, and friendly welcome make this a
fantastic base for holidays on the North Cornwall coast. We
serve a traditional full English breakfast, with
vegetarian/continental option.
We are just minutes away from some of Cornwalls most beautiful
beaches and stunning cliff walks. Conveniently located for
fabulous visitor attractions and restaurants.

Prices start from £24 per person per night B&B, children
under 14 half price. Family rates available. Single night and

Bed and Breakfast. Fresh, clean and comfortable
Kernow Trek offers modern, comfortable accommodation for up to
19 people, Bed and Breakfast. We have family, group and twin
rooms, a mix of en suite and shared bathroom. All our rooms have
tea and coffee making facilities and TV. Towels are provided but
guests are asked to provide their own beach towels.
Guests are welcome to come and go freely through
out the day. Relax and unwind on our sun drenched outdoor
covered decking area. We have a storage area for your equipment
- bikes, surf boards etc. We also have a drying area for wet
suits and wet weather gear.
A complete package for groups
Kernow Trek can accommodate groups of up to 19 people and is a
great base for a sporty weekend or adventure fuelled break for
groups of friends or colleagues.
We can organise your group activities, transportation and even
book your evening meals at pubs and restaurants to suit your
tastes.
We can accommodate large families, groups of friends, school
groups, clubs and corporate groups.

The perfect location
Kernow Trek is located in the quiet hamlet of Trevarrian, on the
coast road between Padstow and Newquay. Cornwall's countryside -
renowned for it's beauty - golden sandy beaches, and the
National Trust Coastal path - with stunning views of the North
Coast - are on our door step.
Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay are within easy walking distance
- two of Cornwall's best beaches for surfing and family fun. Our
central location means you are never much more than an hour away
from anywhere in Cornwall and the adventure possibilities are
endless.
We are conveniently located for many of Cornwall's well loved
visitor attractions - Eden Project, Bedruthen Steps, Heligan
gardens, St Ives, Padstow (famous for Rick Steins seafood
restaurants), local theme parks and zoo's to name but a few.
Jamie Olivers restaurant 'Fifteen' is just two minutes drive
away at Watergate Bay. Newquay Airport is within easy reach.

We can pre-book your lessons with qualified instructors at local
adventure centres and activity schools. Just let us know what
you want to do and when, and we'll do the rest. Here are some of
the activities you can experience during your stay at Kernow
Trek:
Surfing
Our two local beaches, Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth offer
excellent surf. You can hire all the equipment you need for a
great day surfing. Lessons are available for children and adults
at all skill levels. We have storage space for surf boards and
wet suits here at Kernow Trek for guests bringing their own
equipment.
Kite surfing
Kite surfing is an exciting way to ride the waves. Instructors
will show you how to use the power of a kite to surf along the
water.
Kite buggy/boarding
Land based kite sports are fun alternatives to kite surfing.
Instructors will show you how to use a kite to manoeuvre across
the sand on an ATB board or three-wheeled buggy.
Climbing
Despite a lack of mountains, Cornwall has some of the best
climbing routes in the country. Local climbing schools take you
through the basics on safe sea cliff climbs and moor land rock
faces.
Mountain boarding
Whizzing downhill on an oversized skateboard is the ultimate
adrenaline rush. Learn this fun activity on a purpose-built
mountain board track.
Waveski
A waveski is a sit-on surf craft, a cross between a surfboard
and a kayak. This paddle sport is taught at nearby Watergate
Bay.
Coasteering
Coasteering is a thrilling adventure, traversing often unseen
nooks and crannies around the local coastline, combining
swimming, caving, climbing and cliff jumping. Explore the coast
with fully qualified instructors from The Adventure Centre at
Lusty Glaze.
Diving
Cold water diving is not for everyone but anyone who tries
diving around the Cornish coast never looks back. There is a
fantastic selection of wrecks and marine wildlife to discover.
Walking
Kernow Trek is situated just minutes from the South West Coastal
path and some of the best coastal scenery in the country - just
waiting to be explored!
