The situation : A warm welcome awaits you at Jo's Bed & Breakfast with personal attention to detail to make sure that your holiday in Falmouth is a memorable one. The accommodation is quiet, very comfortable and serves a delicious breakfast of your choice in the lovely conservatory. The menu includes fruit juice, fruit, yoghurt, cerial, full English, kippers, toast, tea and coffee. All rooms have colour TV and tea & coffee making facilities and we have plenty of private parking space. This is a non smoking accommodation.

The accommodation: comprises one double bedroom with a luxury private bathroom with large corner bath and separate walk in shower. For three guests a single bedroom can also be available.

We are very close to all the local amenities including a stunning coastline for walking and beautiful beaches, sailing in the River Fal and the Helford Estuary, golfing, famous gardens including Trebah, Trelissick, Penjerrick and Glendurgan, with the Eden Project about one hour's drive away. The Lizard Peninsula, St. Michael's Mount and Lands End are all easily accessible from Falmouth. You can also take a boat trip across the bay to Helford, St. Mawes or Truro (including visiting the gardens of Trebah and Trelissick).

Price: £25 - £35.00 per person per night.

Directions: Take the main A39 to Falmouth going straight on at the Kernick Roundabout (passing Asda on your left). Continue to the Hillhead Roundabout and turn RIGHT signposted Mawnan Smith & Constantine. Continue to next roundabout and take the LEFT turn to Falmouth into Trescobeas Road. We are about 100 yards from the turning (No. 97) on the right hand side. If you pass the large Round House you have gone two hourses too far!
