comfortable centrally heated bedrooms are mostly en-suite, and have colour
television, beverage making facilities, hair dryer, iron, mini fridge and
bathrobes, and are furnished and decorated to a high standard. Great
emphasis is placed on comfort and good food, in a quiet and relaxed
atmosphere.
Guests are welcome to use the large comfortable lounge, and are
provided with their own keys for access at any time. Breakfast

Directions From
Exeter we suggest the scenic route along the A30 across the Bodmin Moor via
Okehampton.
Follow the A30 picking up signs for Truro. At
Truro, follow the main road and Falmouth is well signposted. On entering Falmouth follow the signs for Station and Beaches. This enters into Dracaena Avenue. Follow the road over two roundabouts into Melvill Road. We are at the bottom on the right.
