The Situation
A large country house (parts dating back from 1704 to the Edwardian period) The property has been tastefully divided into three parts, a garden flat, a cottage and the owners living accommodation.
The house is set in enclosed mature gardens, consisting of lawns, shrubs and rockeries, also included is a Croquet lawn which guests are invited to use.
Innisbrook is situated on the outskirts of St.Agnes, with the village being an easy walk.

The unspoilt coastal village of St.Agnes provides a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and shopping facilities. It has its own sandy beach which is just a short walk from the village.
There are excellent cliff walks this being the heart of 'Poldark' country it is National Trust property and has been the setting of numerous T.V series 'Wycliffe' was filmed around St.Agnes.
