Self Catering:
The Idle Rocks hotel’s 6 self catering apartments are centrally located in the pretty fishing village of St Mawes, on the tip of the Roseland Peninsular .

They have been carefully appointed and tastefully furnished with one double and one twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (master en suite) and an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. All are fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, colour TV and DVD player. (A selection of DVDs is available from the hotel). Four of the two-bedroom apartments offer super views over the harbour, estuary and out to sea. Situated over 3 floors with lift access, they are centrally heated and serviced daily by the hotel. Parking is only available in the village car park though guests can stop outside the apartment building to offload luggage. A welcome pack of provisions and a complimentary evening meal in the Hotel’s Water’s Edge restaurant is included in the price. So is a special Rocks Club card, offering you other purchase advantages in the hotel during your stay.

The Idle Rocks Apartments Rates The 6 apartments all have a nautical connotation in their names. Crow’s Nest and Pennant are on the top floor, Spinnaker and Mizzen are on the 2nd floor and all 4 of these apartments offer excellent water views. Compass and Helm are located on the first floor of the building and have restricted water views.

Self Catering Tariff

Price is dependent on classification i.e. size and with or without view. A welcome pack, included in the price, offers milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, bacon and eggs. Maid service provides fresh towels daily and linen change once per week. Prices for Christmas and New Year are also available on request. Dogs are welcome in 2 of the apartments and are charged at a cost of £35 per week.  The 2 apartments on the top floor (Crow’s Nest and Pennant) are non-smoking. The building has a public Telephone.
