Holly House is a small family run bed & breakfast situated on the western side of St Austell 200 yards from the A390 affording easy access to all major routes, beaches, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. Easy walking distance to the town
centre, pubs and cinema.
The property is a beautiful late Victorian town house retaining original features but updated to provide warm and cosy accommodation in light and airy rooms.

Directions From A30: At the roundabout at the end of the Bodmin by-pass turn left towards Bugle. Continue straight through the lights in Bugle village. Continue on this road
going straight on at the roundabout in Stenalees, ignore any signs to the left
for St Austell. Follow this road to St Austell, you will come to a sharp right
bend with Curry's facing you. Continue on this road, go straight through one set of lights, turn right at the next set onto the A3058 Newquay road. Immediately then turn right again down a small track leading to Parking space behind the guest house.
From A390: Go towards Truro around St Austell town centre, going straight across several lights and roundabouts. At the end of the St Austell by-pass turn
right onto the A3058 Newquay road. Go through a set of traffic lights and immediately turn right down a small track to the back of the guest house.
