The Situation
Warm and welcoming Highcroft offers comfortable and affordable bed and breakfast accommodation just minutes away from the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan. With stunning countryside views, light and modern guestrooms with en suite facilities and a full English breakfast to start your day, Highcroft is the ideal base for your Cornish holiday. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and coastline, take walks in the countryside, visit picturesque fishing villages or just relax, unwind and experience a slower pace of life. However you choose to spend your time your hostess Jane Lang has a wealth of local knowledge to share to ensure you get the most from your stay.
The Accommodation

The centrally heated 3 double guest rooms are bright, airy and comfortable. All are en suite with power shower and fresh towels are provided daily. Rooms are equipped with tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge, TV and DVD player. A DVD library is also available.

There are great views from the guest rooms on the first floor. On a clear day you can see the sea! The house is set in private gardens where you can read a good book, sun yourself on the deck or enjoy a glass of wine.

A full traditional or vegetarian English breakfast and a selection of cereals and fruit is included in the room price. Packed lunches and afternoon tea can also be arranged. Breakfast is either served in the spacious dining room or on the sun deck with views across the valley.

 A special single occupancy rate can be arranged.

Prices may vary according to season but will be confirmed when you book your holiday.

We aim to respond to e mail enquiries within 24 hours or you may prefer to contact us by phone to discuss availability. We advise booking well in advance for stays during the busy holiday periods.

A 50% deposit per room is required within 7 days of your booking.

Highcroft is non smoking and we regret we are unable to accommodate children and pets.

Transport

By car
From Exeter follow the A30 or A38 to St Austell. From St Austell follow the A390 to Truro. Take the left exit to Sticker. Follow the road through Sticker village and Highcroft is 200 metres on from the local pub. Highcroft is the last house but one on the right. Turn into the drive way and there is Parking available at the property.

By train , bus or coach
Services stop at St Austell train and bus station and then it's a short trip by road. There is a taxi rank at the station and local buses. If arriving via National Express Coach or bus they will even drop you en route at the door! For more information contact National Rail Enquiries or National Express .

By Air
You can fly to into Newquay and Plymouth. More information can be found at Ryan Air and British Airways
