THE WEST WING -
This newly refurbished self-catering accommodation is
available within the 4 acre garden known as “Hidden Valley
Gardens”. The “West Wing” is ground floor accommodation. It
consists of a large lounge with a dining and kitchen area and a
separate bedroom with en suite bathroom. It has a separate
entrance from the garden patio, where there are additional
outdoor dining facilities. It is ideal for a couple,
particularly garden lovers, seeking a cosy/romantic getaway
break. The sleeping accommodation is for two but the
catering/dining is equipped for up to 4 and if two couples wish
to come together, a second couple can
be accommodated by sleeping in the Fountain suite which consists
of a bedroom, small lounge and en suite shower room in a
separate part of the house (upstairs on the first floor,
overlooking the fountain and garden).

The West Wing is fully furnished and
comprises of:
lounge with dining and kitchen area
sofa and coffee table (with TV - free-view satellite)
dining table and chairs for 4 with additional outdoor dining
area.
fully equipped kitchen, inc. electric cooker & fridge with
small freezer
washing machine & tumble dryer (located separately)
constant hot water & central heating (when needed)
separate bedroom with 5ft double bed with duvets for all
seasons
en suite bathroom (bath with shower over)
access to garden, picnic tables, gazebo with views over the
hills
The Fountain Suite in the main house suitable for a second
couple sharing the West Wing self-catering facilities is fully
furnished and comprises of:
lounge with sofa and coffee table (with TV - free-view
satellite)
separate bedroom with 5ft double or twin beds (still to be
decided)
en suite facilities with shower

deposits: £100 per wk, £50 for part wk (cheque payable to Mrs
P Howard), Card facilities now available.
Self-catering Prices: During June to Sept our change-over day is
Friday as this is a better day for travelling to Cornwall.

Directions
A390 approximately 2 miles west of Lostwithiel turn left
onto the B3269 signposted Fowey. After 200 yards turn right
(signposted 'Treesmill'). After 1 mile turn left at the sign
for Hidden Valley Gardens, and proceed to the bottom of the
lane (0.5 mile) going past Colwith Farm.

The nearest Train station is Par, 3 miles away. Taxis from
the station include Yeo's on 01726814095. The nearest bus
stop is in Tywardreath, 2 miles away.

Hidden Valley Gardens is as its name suggests is hidden away
in a wooded valley where guests are very welcome to enjoy the 4
acres of developing gardens. The garden nursery specialises in
unusual perennials and cottage garden plants.
Although in a rural location, no-where in Cornwall is far.
Within a short drive:
The picturesque port of Fowey - boat trips, walks, speciality
shops, restaurants, tea rooms and pubs.
The ancient town of Lostwithiel set on the River Fowey. Steeped
in history, river walks, salmon fishing and an excellent golf
course.

Beaches - Carlyon Bay, Par, Polkerris, many more close-by. North
