As a 3rd generation farming family we would like to welcome you to Heatham.
Heatham is 1 mile North of the village of Kilkhampton and 6 miles north of the coastal resort of Bude.

We are situated on the North Cornwall coast 0.5 miles off the Atlantic Highway.
Heatham is set in idyllic surroundings in between two valleys.

Heatham is surrounded by some of the finest countryside in Cornwall; discover a variety of relaxing and peaceful walks with superb coastal views.

The village of Kilkhampton offers a varity of small shops, pubs and attractions.


We offer a high standard of accommodation in an area of outstanding beauty a warm welcome on our working family farm.


This is a non smoking house but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.
Heatham Farm is open Open all year except Christmas.



About Heatham Farm
Agriculture has been and always will be the main enterprise at Heatham we encourage you to come and learn all you wish about this wonderful industry.
A warm welcome and friendly atmosphere awaits you as you arrive relax and unwind as a fresh pot of tea and a plate of homemade scones or cakes will await you on arrival
Feel free to take a pleasant quiet evening or morning walk around Heatham to listen to birds singing lambs bleating and not cars roaring as Heatham has its own private drive.

Heatham is surrounded by 350 Acres of quality picturesque agriculture land.
The well managed farm runs a 40 cow pedigree registered herd of British Limousins which graze around the fields of the farm sharing the grazing with 550 breeding ewes and their off springs.

This busy working farm through the summer months grows 85 acres of Barley Wheat, Oats and Maize, which is all, conserved to be fed to the animals through the winter months.

Young calves are reared on the farm during the summer months, where guests are welcome to help feed them either in the morning or evening.
If you wish you can work up an appetite before breakfast by taking in the Cornish fresh air and accompany Roland as he checks and feeds the stock.

A walk around the farm will take you through fields and lovely quiet woodlands into the National Trust Forest of Coombe Valley and ultimately to the sandy beaches of Duckpool and Sandymouth. Rugged cliff walks alomg the coastal paths will take you to Bude going South or the famous Hawker Hut at Morwenstowe church if you wish to walk
north.

Heatham offers food of Cornish excellence. Traditional farmhouse breakfasts using only local produce.

The 3 rooms all have en-suite facilities and all tastefully decorated and you can enjoy delightful views of early morning sunrises or late night sunsets.

Relax and appreciate the beautiful countryside watching the cows graze as you sit in the conservatory, where you can unwind as the Conservatory has a Colour Television with a DVD Player and a Free view Box or if you wish you can listen to some music as there is also a stereo/ CD Player.

Surrounding Area
Heatham Farm is ideally situated for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. Our nearest beach is the beautiful Sandymouth Bay 5-10 minutes drive from the farm. Bude is five miles South; the ancient town of Launceston, picturesque villages of Boscastle, Port Isaac, Tintagel and King Arthur's country are all close by.
Nearby Hartland, a small village, with an 18th century house, Hartland Abbey which was originally a college in the 12th century. For the more energetic there's golf at Launceston and Bude, and fishing, sailing and sea angling all available on the coast.

Bed and Breakfast per person per night based on two people sharing £27.50 for two nights or more.
Bed and Breakfast weekly tariff £182.00 per person
Single night double occupancy, £30.00 per person

Reduced rates for children when sharing a room.

Single guest occupancy applies depending on time of year,

Booking Terms
When a booking is made a deposit is required along with
a written confirmation. In case of a cancellation, please
advise us immediately, we will make every attempt to re-let
the room and return your deposit minus a handling charge of
£15.00. Guests are reminded that once the deposit has been
paid and if we are unable to re-let the room then you will
be charged 2/3rds of the total cost.
We do advise that you take out insurance in case of
cancellation to cover yourselves.
