A warm welcome awaits you at Hazeldene, set within 5 Acres of
woods, streams and open space with peace and exclusivity,
located in a hamlet called Maudlin. We feel we can offer you a
very special romantic break with a Four Poster Bed and exclusive
use of a Hot Tub. Duck Cottage is attached to our home its a two
bedroom self contained barn conversion, giving you independence
and privacy, for your stay. In the barn you have your own fully
equipped kitchen, were you will find tea and coffee
refreshments.

| Breakfast is served in the conservatory of our house, this will
be an AGA cooked English breakfast, with cereals, juice, and
toast. |
The lounge area offers a comfortable sofa and chair, tv with
full sky package and DVD player, and dining table. |

The second bedroom offers twin beds. |

The bathroom provides, a bath with over bath shower, WC and
sink. With luxurious fluffy towels. |

Directions;
Whilst on the M5 at Exeter leave via junction 31 and merge with
the A30 (signposted Bodmin/Okehampton)
Stay on the A30 until you reach Bodmin, take the exit signposted
Bodmin/Liskeard.
Take the exit on your left for Liskeard/Lostwithiel
Turn left for Liskeard/Lostwithiel
At the roundabout take the first exit for Liskeard
At the next roundabout take the third exit for Lostwithiel
At the mini roundabout take the first exit for Lostwithiel and
join the B3268
After approx 1 mile you will arrive in Maudlin, which nestles in
the dip of a slight valley, on the left hand side appears to be
a lay-by, pull in and in front of you is the driveway for our
Property, Hazeldene (there is a granite sign).
