The self
contained flats are situated close to the harbour
entrance with all lounges overlooking the river,
giving close views of all harbour activities. They
are near to shops, car parks, beaches and other
amenities. You may drive to the entrance of the
flats for unloading etc. and one Parking space per
flat is provided nearby.
The well appointed flats are personally supervised,
the proprietors living on the premises, and a high
standard of comfort and cleanliness is assured.
Equipment supplied includes:
Bed linen with duvets, towels and table linen.
Freeview widescreen TV and DVD player in all flats
The fitted kitchens include microwave and
conventional ovens, refrigerators, filter coffee
makers and electric toasters. Each flat has a spin
dryer.
Night storage or gas central heating between October - May
is included in the tariff.
Other electricity is supplied via one pound coin
pre-payment meters.
Details of optional cancellation insurance will be
sent when a booking is confirmed.
We only accommodate children over 12 years of age
and we do not permit pets in any of the flats.
