| PAYMENT | ||
| A deposit of 25% of the full rental should accompany the booking form, and after | ||
| confirmation, the balance is due on arrival. Should cancellation be unavoidable, | ||
| every effort will be made to re-let, and if successful, your deposit will be returned | ||
| less any cost for re-advertising. | ||
| ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE | ||
| For weekly lets, The Accommodation will be available after 3.30 p.m. on the day of | ||
| arrival. If you are likely to arrive after 5 p.m. please let me know. If you intend leaving | ||
| vacated by 11 a.m., and the keys and car park pass returned to me. If you intend leaving | ||
| the night beforeor very early in the morning, please let me know. Short breaks in the low | ||
| season - times by arrangement. | ||
