The Location
The 4 Holiday Suites (which are available as self catering or bed and breakfast) and detached House alongside the Suites (Redrussel House) are located in the attractive village of Gwithian on Cornwall's north coast between Portreath and Hayle. Surrounded by rolling open countryside, parts of which are National Trust, Gwithian Village backs onto sand dunes - part of a 3 mile stretch of beach forming St Ives Bay. Within a short drive are the towns of Hayle, St Ives, Penzance, Falmouth, Truro, Camborne, Redruth and Newquay. Lands End and The Lizard are about 20 miles away.

The Accommodation.

SUITES.
Each suite has a spacious modern kitchen which has Cooker, Hobs, Grill, Oven, Microwave oven, Fridge-Freezer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Tea/Coffee maker etc. New modern  Bath/Shower/WC, and Lounge with Dining area, comfortable seating, Colour television/Dvd etc.  2 of the 4 suites has a double or a triple bedroom ( sleeping up to 3 persons) ,  the other 2  suites  have 2 Bedrooms ( sleeping up to 5 persons ). All suites have their own parking space and have access at all times. Linen, Towels, Electricity and Heating are included in the triff  . A cooked English breakfast is available either in our breakfast room or delivered to your suite - this is an extra charge. Each suite is equipped with cutlery/crockery to enable you to provide your own breakfast should you require a more relaxed and informal start to the day. Two of the suites are on the Ground Floor - two on the First Floor. We provide modern quality accommodation and feel sure you would enjoy a stay with us and a visit to this lovely part of Cornwall. REDRUSSEL HOUSE, alongside the Suites.   3 bedroom house  ( 2 x Double/ 1 x Twin ), Bath/Shower. Separate wc. Modern spacious Lounge with Colour Tv, Dvd, Radio. Fully equipped Kitchen. Separate Dining Room. Conservatory alongside Garden which has seating for 6 persons, Barbeque, Water feature etc. Parking for 3 cars. Linen, Towels, Electricity and Heating are included in the tariff.

AVAILABILITY 2008    May 10th - 17th ( £ 375 pw ). July 5th - 12th ( £ 585 pw ). August 30th - September 13th ( £ 450 pw )/ September 27th onwards ( £ 350 pw ).

Activities
 The nearby Gwithian Beach- is a local favourite, very popular with families, with access via a footpath from the village or a short drive to the nearby cliff top car park. The Seal sanctuary at Gweek, the Geevor Tin Mine, Bird Paradise in Hayle, The Tate Gallery at st Ives and The Eden Project at St Austell all provide a good day out.
several golf courses (links and parkland) are within an easy drive with Bird Watching on the Hayle Estuary and cliff top walks on National Trust land is also available nearby.
If you are into surfing, Gwithian Beach holds several events throughout the year. The owner of Gwithian Holiday Suites - Tyson Greenaway - is a well known surfer and is accredited surfing coach (level 4), used by several local schools, and offers tuition, board and wetsuit hire for all age groups. Our SURFING TUITION AND SUITE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGE is very popular, especially in the out of season months. A good base for Wind Surfing also.

Suites tariff based upon 2 persons sharing per night.

January  to July 11th.

1-2 Nights  £ 58.00 per night

3-6 nights.   £ 55.00 per night

7 ot more nights  £ 52.00 per night.

Extra person £ 18.00 per night - ( £ 15.00 per night 7 or moore nights )

A Detached House alongside the Suites. 3 Bedrooms (2 x Doubles/ 1 x Twin), Modern Bath/Shower/wc, fully equipped Kitchen with Cooker, Hobs, Grill, Microwave oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tea/Coffee maker etc. Spacious Lounge with Colour Tv, Radio, Dvd. Separate Dining Room with seating for 6 persons. Small Conservatory alongside enclosed Garden with Barbeque, Seating, Water feature etc. Parking for 3 cars. Linen, Towels, Electricity and Heating included in tarrif.
 
January 1st to July 11th.

 £ 85.00 per night ( Minimum 3 nights ) or £ 280 to £ 700 per week.

July 12th to August 30th. 

£ 950.00 per week  ( Reserved for these dates).

September 6th to October 31st.
 £ 85.00 per night (  3 or more nights ) to  £ 550.00 per week.

Surfing Tuition.  20% discount for Residents on surfing charges (tuition and equipment).
Lessons are available each day with use of board and wetsuit without charge afterwards.

A reservation deposit of 25% (or the first night's stay - whichever is the larger) is required.
Deposits can be paid by cheque (payable to 'Godrevy House') for Redrussel House;  or by Cheque credit/debit cards for the Suites. We suggest card details are given by telephone.

Directions:
Gwithian village is located on the B3301 coastal road between Portreath and Hayle.

From out of Cornwall: Leave A 30 dual carriageway at Camborne West - exit left to roundabout - turn right to Connor Downs village. At Connor Downs village SIGN - follow road markings to right - Gwithian Road. Follow this road to Gwithian village - Godrevy House ( Suites ) is the first property on left as you enter village. Parking is behind property. 

 The 4 Suites and Redrussel House enjoy a high proportion of return guests - we recommend an early enquiry for the High Season July 12th to September 5th
