Grey Mount is a friendly, family run bed & breakfast situated in the vibrant community of Carbis Bay, Cornwall. We are ideally placed, being just five minutes stroll from the picturesque Carbis Bay beach and with the St. Ives branch line very close at hand, should you wish to explore the delights of St. Ives town (1.4 miles away).

Grey Mount offers spacious, contemporary accommodation with a large, en-suite family room with views over the garden as well as double and twin rooms serviced by a spacious bathroom. All rooms are well designed and are equipped with digital TV with integrated radio.

Book in is from 2 pm on arrival and vacate by 10.30am. Full English or continental breakfast is served each morning from 8 to 9 am in the dining room.

Directions
Car - from the A30 take the A3074 to St. Ives, follow road through Lelant and into Carbis Bay. Turn right into Porthrepta Road just after the brown information sign and towards Carbis Bay Hotel. Drive down approx. 300 metres and turn right at the first lamp- post on the right into a bumpy lane. Grey Mount will be found first on the right and is signposted on the gate. There is a private parking at front of house.

Train - change at St. Erth for St. Ives, local service trains run approx. 30 minutes. Alight at Carbis Bay station and walk up the hill for a short distance. Grey Mount will be found on your left just after Fairfield House (see above).

Bus - there is a bus-stop just past the cemetry on the main St. Ives road. Get off here and Porthrepta Road runs off this road. Grey Mount is situated on the right hand side of the road (see above).

Air - there are flights to and from Newquay airport, taxi to Carbis Bay/ St Ives £40 approx.
