- CHILDREN UNDER 5 ARE FREE ON A BED AND BREAKFAST BASIS. CHILDREN 5 – 11 SHARING A ROOM WITH 2 ADULTS ARE CHARGED AT 50% OF THE SINGLE RATE EACH
- The Fieldhead offers four superior large double and twin bedded rooms, two with extensive sea views and balconies and two on the ground floor also with sea views.
- Most of our rooms are doubles or twins, but some are available for single occupancy and will incur a supplement dependent on the season - please ask for details. We do have one single room with ensuite shower.
- All rooms have colour TV, radio, direct dial phone, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and iron. All prices include full breakfast and VAT at 171/2 %.
- Our beds are made up with duvets, if you prefer sheets and blankets, please request at time of booking
- Dinner, bed and breakfast rates include a 4 course candlelit dinner with coffee from our imaginative range of menus, using fresh produce with seafood specialities. Dinner is available for customers on a Bed and Breakfast basis for between £20.00 and £25.00.
- We reserve the right to increase prices at any time - this will not affect bookings already confirmed.
- There is no reduction for meals not taken when part of a pre-booked package.
- You may start your holiday or break on any day of the week.
- Ask for details of our Special Seasonal Breaks including New Year.
- CAR PARKING: Car parking in Looe is at a premium and many hotels cannot offer on site private parking. The Fieldhead is fortunate to have its own car park and there is adequate room for our guests with consideration for others.
- CHILDREN: Children are very welcome at The Fieldhead. Children under 12 sharing accommodation with two adults in our family rooms, either in single or bunk beds, are charged 50% of the adult tariff. Under 5's are free with meals charged as taken, and we can provide cots and high chairs if necessary.
- SMOKING POLICY: After much consideration, all bedrooms have now been designated 'Non Smoking'. Smoking is still accepted in the lounge, bar and of course the garden.
- DISABLED ACCESS: Due to the location of the Fieldhead and the lack of space to install a lift, the Hotel is hard to access for those with limited mobility. We try to make the Hotel as accessible as possible, and are able to supply copies of our information in large type or on cassette on request. We have some aids to assist the hard of hearing and hose less mobile in the bathroom - please ask for information.
- PAYMENT: When booking accommodation, a non-returnable deposit of 20% of total tariff or £50 (whichever is the greater) is required. Acceptance by the Owners for a confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract between them and the Guest. Should a reservation be subsequently canceled or not taken up, and the accommodation is unable to be re-let, then a charge of 2/3rds will be made for the unoccupied accommodation. We recommend that Holiday Insurance be taken out. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, via Access, Visa, Switch or American Express. We will also be pleased to accept payment for deposits by credit card over the telephone. Our tariff prices include VAT at 17.5% and there are no hidden charges or service charges.
- ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Occupation commences at 14.00 on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.30 on the day of departure. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement.
