The Situation

Farthings' is a large modern house set in its own gardens with sea and countryside views. It has now been professionally converted into a large luxury apartments furnished and equipped to the highest specifications. The apartment sleeps 6 - 8 persons and has direct access to a pleasant half acre garden with barbecues.

The Garden Apartment consists of the whole ground floor
Three bedrooms
(i) Double bed with en-suite toilet, shower cubicle and washbasin.
(ii) Two divan beds and an alcove with two bunk beds with en-suite facilities consisting of corner bath, washbasin and toilet'. 
(iii) In the lounge area a futon converts to a double bed. There is also a toilet with washbasin off the hall for general use and which serves anyone sleeping in the lounge. 

Kitchen
Fully equipped as per the upper apartment.

Lounge (22'x16')
A large lounge tastefully decorated throughout. Television/video.
A quarter size snooker table is available for guest's enjoyment. The snooker table is £10 p.w. extra with a refundable £20 deposit.

Dining area
Large dining area, again decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Parking and use of the garden are as the upper apartment.
There is a BBQ for the use of the garden apartment.

Directions

On the A30 when approaching Bodmin turn off on the B3269 towards Lostwithiel and Lanhydrock House. At the T-junction, which meets the A390, turn right towards St Austell. After St Blazey look out for the 'Four Lords' public house on the left. Follow the road around to the left and Biscovey Road is straight ahead down a turning to the left. Farthings is the fourth house on the left.

Golf. An excellent selection of courses just a short drive.
Beaches. A wide selection of sandy beaches closeby (10 mins drive).
Pubs/Restaurants. A wide choice.

Touring
Cornwall is a beautiful but small county. From 'Farthings' virtually anywhere can be reached with an hour. From Plymouth city in the east to Lands End in the West.
To assist the visitor to Cornwall there is a tourist information centre on the St Austell By-pass. (Directly behind the By-pass petrol station).
